The Challenge My Clients Face: A number of the women I work with were initially drawn to delivering at home or a birth center but aren't able to achieve that for some reason. They do not trust their care providers and want a doula who can help them to achieve a calm, unmedicated birth and make wise, educated decisions. They want to be left alone to labor naturally without unnecessary interruptions or being under pressure.

My Unique Solution: Mother's are calmed by my presence and being supported physiologically through labor and birth. Helping clients prepare for labor mentally and physically gives them confidence to reach their goals. I encourage all my clients to take my childbirth class because knowledge is power and allows them to overcome common fears around labor. As a birth and postpartum doula, childbirth educator, and breastfeeding counselor my clients enjoy holistic and comprehensive care.
